Key Roles, Responsibilities & Eligibility
Key Job Responsibilities
Core Duties
HR Query Resolution: Tier 1/Tier 2 support for US-based employees on leaves, benefits, payroll, and company policies.
Employee Lifecycle: End-to-end management of onboarding, transfers, document verification, and offboarding.
HRIS Systems: Managing and updating accurate records in Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
Benefits & Leaves: Handling US employee queries on 401(k), medical insurance, PTO, and parental leaves.
Eligibility & Required Skills
Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BCA) or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
Experience: 1 to 4 years in HR Operations / Shared Services supporting North American clients.
Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) for seamless US stakeholder interaction.
Tools Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow / Jira Ticketing Tools & Workday HRIS.
